1st “rendezvous” with complementary therapies
My 1st experience with complementary therapies happened more than 20 years ago. At that time, I was living in New Caledonia, a French Territory situated in South Pacific. From then, I believed that there were other ways to help our body to recover and I had regular experiences with holistic therapies. I became the kind of person who does not take any form of medicine unless it is absolutely necessary.
Time to re-invent myself before making the big jump!
I lived in Paris and worked for Orange as a project manager in organizing events. In 2005 I decided to take a break from my busy life: a sabbatical year for 11 months. From the East of France, I traveled from Portugal on the St James way towards Santiago in Spain and finally, stayed 6 months in London joining an Art School.
After this period I decided to change my career. I was grateful of what I experienced so far, of the people I met and helped me to grow. I had a wonderful experience working internationally. It was time to begin a new chapter of my life which was more connected to whom I really was.
From the Corporate World to the Holistic World
After my sabbatical year I went back to my job and from that point, came to London during weekends and holidays to qualify as a practitioner. Now, I am settled in London and work on both sides of the Channel.
I believe that we are in a certain way responsible for our health. I am committed to empowering my clients to make informed choices and life changes to improve health and well-being.
Life is a fantastic gift. Have fun and truly enjoy every moment!
